SHIPPING POLICY

Buchanan Design offer a flat rate of $10 for postage within Australian and free postage on all orders over $150.

For shipping of larger items like rugs, furniture and artwork pieces, we will contact you directly to arrange a delivery quote.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

* We do not accept returns for change of mind. We will accept items that are faulty or damaged prior to taking out of packaging*

  1. All returns to be sent back within 10 business days of receipt of goods.

  2. Returns are to be sent to Buchanan Design 190 Canterbury Road, Heathmont, Victoria, Australia, 3135.

  3. Please ensure that the product is properly packaged so as to avoid damage in transit. On Buchanan Design receiving returned items we will confirm the condition is the same as when it was originally dispatched from us.

  4. Payment for return of the exchanged item is the customer’s responsibility.

  5. Currently we can only exchange for items we have in stock. If the faulty item for exchange is not in stock you can shop online for an alternative item for the same or lesser value. The same shipping policy and postage apply to any returns or exchanges.

 

PLEASE NOTE : Some of our decor items may be limited editions. You might not be able to exchange or return items that are not in stock. We only accept returns on faulty or damaged items.
